How Did Mike Come Up With This Unique Approach to Fat Loss?
Back in 2010, Mike faced a problem.
He was working as a personal trainer and his goal was to help his clients to lose weight for life.
The issue was that most of his clients would lose a ton of weight when they were with him, and look amazing…
Only to text him 6 months later, saying they were back at square one.

When he did an analysis of every single program that he wrote for his clients, he found out that he was missing the most important part of any successful fat loss plan.

One day he came across an interesting study about habits.
Specifically, this study talked about how long it actually takes to form new habits.
It was published in European Journal of Social Psychology. (1)
What researchers discovered was that on average it took between 18 and 254 days to form a new habit.
The researchers acknowledged that the time frame was quite wide, but they explained that the speed of forming a new habit highly depended on many factors.
Factors like support groups, accountability partners, and even that posting on Facebook could radically increase fat loss success.
This piqued Mike’s interest, and he started experimenting with his clients.
Over the years, he carefully collected the data and perfected his method.
He noticed that it was quite unusual for any of his clients to create new habits and lose weight in just 18 days.
Yet he observed an interesting trend.
On average it took his clients between 45 and 66 days to completely transform their lines.
But this was still a problem.
Mike wanted to play around with his approach and find a perfect number for change.
